1. How do I charge my CLABULOUS device?
Insert the attached USB cable into the charging port on the back of the CLABULOUS device. Your CLABULOUS device will start charging.

2. When do I know my CLABULOUS device is fully charged?
The bottom of the CLABULOUS device can give three different colors of light.
- Red light means limited power
- Green color means fully charged
- White color means the CLABULOUS device is currently in use

3. How do I turn on/off my CLABULOUS device?
Press the POWER key (in the middle of the CLABULOUS device) for three seconds. 

4. Why do I see three points above the power KEY?
The three points indicate the level of vibration

5. Where can I find the ultrasonic vibration KEY and how do I use it?
The ultrasonic vibration KEY can be found atop the three points. The KEY can be recognized by two wavy lines. Press the KEY for three seconds and your CLABULOUS device will start the ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic vibration can be used for skin massaging and increase blood circulation.

6. How do I clean my CLABULOUS device?
Clean the device with a damp towel and pat dry. Do not clean the CLABULOUS device with water.

7. Can I return my purchased item?
CLAB products can only be returned within 14 days after you have received your order and when the security seal is still in tact. Product costs will be fully refunded, shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Is my CLABULOUS device warranted?
All CLAB devices have a warranty of year. Please register your product to be eligible for this warranty.


9. How much are the shipping costs of my order?
Shipping costs vary depending on the customers delivery address.
