WHY SPF IS IMPORTANT

SUN, SEA, BEACH, SUNSCREEN!

Suitcases packed already? Don't forget to bring your sunscreen! UV radiation affects your skin 365 days a year and probably especially in the places where you have planned your vacation!
But what should you actually know about SPF?

1. SPF IS THE INGREDIENT AGAINST SKIN AGING
Sun rays are the main cause of seeing signs of skin aging. Think of brown spots, wrinkles and dull skin. In addition, sun rays can even lead to skin cancer. Therefore, it is important to protect your skin with SPF against harmful UV rays every day.

2. THE HIGHER THE FACTOR, THE MORE UVB RADIATION YOU BLOCK
Did you know that UV radiation is made up of UVA and UVB rays. SPF mainly protects you against the UVB rays, which plays a major role in skin cancer. The higher the SPF factor, the more UVB radiation is blocked. With the use of SPF 30, approximately 97% of this radiation is retained, and with SPF 15, approximately 93% of the radiation is retained.

3. WHY SPF FOR YOUR FACE
Your face is extra vulnerable compared to the rest of your body, because this skin is generally exposed to the sun more. Sunscreen with SPF for the face is specially designed to optimally protect and care this delicate skin.
